Steve was my first contact and, not only was he on time, totally professional, and lovely to deal with, but he continued to impress when my mother had an asthma attack due to the mold and he took care of her. He followed up with me and called back when he said he would, and was a breath of fresh air!
Then came Jay, who was on time, totally professional, called to confirm appointments and funny! He was personable, and lovely to deal with. He didn’t talk down to me – he answered all of my questions with knowledge and patience.
The team that did the actual remediation was Chris and Chris – again, ON TIME – which really is rare when you are dealing with most Florida contractors. They were caring, considerate, went above and beyond and left my house in the best possible condition, considering the circumstances.
